FAQs

What happens on the complimentary discovery call?

The 20-minute call is a chance to talk about what is bringing you to therapy, ask any questions, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.

What are your fees?

Individual sessions are €150 per 50-minute session. I do not accept insurance.

What can I expect during therapy sessions?

Sessions are 50 minutes and usually take place weekly at a consistent time.

My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing on methods including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassionate Inquiry, somatic work, visualisation and reflection.

Together, we work beneath the surface of the patterns keeping you stuck, at a pace that feels safe, collaborative and right for you.

How long does therapy last?

Therapy is highly individual and depends on what you want to work on.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions, and I recommend allowing at least 12 sessions for meaningful therapeutic work to develop. From there, we regularly review what you need and where the process is taking you.

There is no fixed endpoint.

Do I really need therapy? I can usually handle things on my own.

Many of the people I work with are highly capable and used to handling a great deal on their own.

Therapy is not only for times of crisis. It can give you the space to work with patterns that insight, determination and self-reliance alone have not been able to change.

If you feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected or simply know that something needs to shift, you do not have to keep figuring it out alone.
